Material manager DAP

Goal

The purpose of the position is to coordinate and manage all materials including means of transport, instruments, uniforms and other aids such as the sound system at DAP.

Place in the association

Is a board member in the General Board and responsible for material management. Works closely with the members responsible for material management within their department, among other things.

Function content

• Is (Head) responsible for the association-wide management and control of all DAP materials, with the exception of the building and its inventory.
• Is (Head) responsible for the maintenance of all instruments, uniforms and other resources of the entire DAP and delegates this to the departments.
• Supervises the coordination of the various department material managers.
• Supervises and checks the timeliness of the presence of Instruments, uniforms and other resources at performances and rehearsals.
• Addresses department material managers about incorrect use of DAP instruments, uniforms, etc. by members of relevant departments.
• Together with the AB, prepares the annual budget for instruments, uniforms and other resources, taking into account the wishes of the various departments.
• Supervises the implementation of the budget.
• Supervises the registration of instruments and uniforms by means of mutation forms which are subject to changes such as thank you, instrument change, etc.
• Schedule the annual maintenance of instruments and uniforms.
• Is the first point of contact within DAP for the use, maintenance, rental and other matters related to the DAP truck, possibly in combination with a trailer.
• Plan the annual maintenance such as APK and the necessary repairs of the truck and the trailers owned by DAP.
• Also supervises the use of the truck and its cleaning.
• Maintains contact with suppliers with whom DAP does business with regard to instruments, uniforms and all other materials to be purchased for the DAP association.
