As a volunteer at our office you help children to participate in sports, culture, purchase a bicycle or laptop!
Who are we?
Stichting Leergeld Apeldoorn-Voorst is an active volunteer organization that funds a number of social activities for less affluent families with children aged 4 to 18. This allows these children to 'participate' with their peers.
Leergeld helps with, among other things, participating in a school trip, becoming a member of a sports club, purchasing sports equipment for the club, clothing for scouting, ballet shoes for ballet lessons or a bicycle to go somewhere.
Activities
Register all requests in the client tracking system, advise on the possibilities from Leergeld, scan and keep files up-to-date, assess requests, ensure that the requested can actually be picked up or paid and participate in the weekly consultation hour. Our office is located in CODA Apeldoorn.
We ask
Social involvement, good communication skills in word and writing and computer skills (outlook, Excel, Word). We are looking for a flexible force who can work both independently and in a team.
We offer
Working in a fun and ambitious team to help many children who grow up in a low-income situation with sports/culture/school trips or with the purchase of a bicycle and laptop.
Time Spent
10 hours per week, more or less is negotiable.
