During day care, elderly people from the neighborhood come for day care, which consists of a pleasant get-together during which various activities are carried out.
You work together with an employee.
We are looking for volunteers who enjoy making an active contribution to this small-scale event by being there. Who can give extra attention to the residents, who participate in the activities and, where necessary, provide small manual and other services.
It is nice if you have an affinity with elderly people with dementia.
On Friday afternoon from 1.30pm to 4pm.
At KleinGeluk we leave no chance unused to promote the well-being of the elderly. As a volunteer, you are invaluable to us! Experiencing small moments of happiness together, so that people feel seen. That is what we do it for.
We offer you guidance and you can participate in workshops to develop new skills if necessary. You can start working for a few hours per month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accidents) and before starting work we request a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
