We are looking for a walking buddy for residents of the Avondzon location of KleinGeluk.
Detailed description
At KleinGeluk - Avondzon location, elderly people with dementia live who enjoy meeting each other, having a cup of coffee together, but also want to have something to do.
We're looking for walking buddies for residents of this location. Some residents can still walk independently, and some are wheelchair-bound.
At KleinGeluk, we never miss an opportunity to promote the well-being of seniors. As a volunteer, you're invaluable to us! Sharing small moments of happiness together makes people feel valued. That's what we do it for.
We offer guidance and, if needed, you can participate in workshops to develop new skills. You can start working for just a few hours a month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accident insurance) and before starting work we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
