Do you enjoy cooking and do you enjoy preparing a nice meal together with our clients from the 24-hour shelter in Deventer?
Are you also interested in vulnerable people with a special background and do you want to help people to get a better grip on their lives? Then we are looking for you!
Who are you?
You are enthusiastic, enterprising and can take initiative. You have an affinity with our daycare clients. You are able to have a nice contact with our clients, you are patient and friendly, but you can also indicate your boundaries. Of course you can prepare a nice meal where it would be nice if you can also transfer your cooking skills to someone else. You also do groceries together with one or more clients in advance. 24-hour shelter Iriszorg Deventer is a facility for the homeless. However, we offer more than a warm bed and a lot of cosiness. We also offer assistance with starting benefits, helping with debts, and looking for a home. We are there for (young) adults with an addiction and complex problems in the field of housing and living. People who often have to deal with an unstable living and working situation and limited social network.
IrisZorg works from the recovery method. Recovery is a personal and unique process, learning to live with a (past) addiction and social vulnerability. We help people find their own identity and regain control and control of their own lives.
