Vacancy: 2nd Coordinator Debt Assistance Buddy Wageningen

4-6 hours per week | Volunteer allowance

Do you want to make an impact by helping people struggling financially? SchuldHulpMaatje Wageningen is looking for a second coordinator for our volunteers, or buddies. You'll be the link between those seeking help and the buddies, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What will you do as 2nd Coordinator?

As a coordinator, you'll have a multifaceted and social role. You'll maintain an overview, organize, and interact frequently with people.

Your tasks:

 Processing new registrations;

Intake interviews and pairing of clients and buddies.

Telephone and email management;

 Administration in our digital system (appointments, contracts, Certificates of Good Conduct);

Organizing intervision and information evenings;

Recruit and coach buddies;

Contact with the board, Welsaam and Debt Assistance Buddy nationally.

You are someone who:

 Has an affinity with debt assistance and/or volunteer work;

 Good at organizing and planning;

Maintains a good overview and works independently;

 Likes to work together and has strong communication skills.
