Job description:
-Operating a general secretariat. -Availability by phone. -Correspondence / mail handling (mailbox, PO box), address list. -Providing documents for board meetings. - Taking notes (board meetings, coordinators' consultations). -Drafting an annual report + annual planning and agendas of the meetings. -Archiving + filing. -Coordinate appointments (eg board meetings). - Pass on important information to other board members and coordinators. -Support the other board members and coordinators.Job requirements:
-Experience with the computer and outlook. -A service institution. -Writing skills. Organizational ability. -Good communication skills. Good oral and written communication skills. -The ability to distil important matters from information flows in a timely manner. -Knowledge of and affinity with the Humanitas association. Accurate, planned and orderly. -A team player.What do you have to offer the volunteer ?:
Independent and useful work, but in collaboration with a good board of 5 directors. Own time format. Expense allowance where necessary.What makes the work worthwhile ?:
Participate in a nationally and provincially well-known organization that offers help to many people. That gives satisfaction. Participate in enthusiastic board.Working time:
