Job description:
You support the participant in expanding and strengthening the social network. You do this by doing something together that you both enjoy. You can go for a walk, cycle, drink coffee in the city, go to the market or visit a museum. Supportive conversations arise in a playful way.
Job requirements:
- you listen rather than talk. - you are open-minded, don't judge easily. - you have a searching attitude. - you can take the initiative and, above all, let the other person take it. - you enthuse, encourage but do not direct.
What can you offer the volunteer?:
- an enthusiastic volunteer team. - expert guidance and support. - internal training, team consultation and meeting meetings. - we learn a lot together by exchanging experiences with fellow volunteers. - Third party liability and accident insurance. - travel allowance.
