Do you have life experience, a warm heart and a listening ear? Do you really want to make a difference for people who are dealing with loss and grief? Then we are looking for you!

For our Loss & Grief project we are looking for a volunteer coordinator . Someone who guides our volunteers, conducts intake interviews with new participants and maintains the overview - with attention, calm and sometimes a touch of humor.

What are you going to do?

• Conducting intake interviews with people seeking support after a loss
• Guide and support volunteers in their work
• Making the right matches between participant and volunteer
• Collaborate with fellow coordinators and Humanitas employees

Who are you?

• You have life experience and an affinity with loss and grief
• You can listen well, empathize and communicate clearly
• You like an overview and work independently
• You are available on average 6–8 hours per week
