Volunteer Guided visitation (BOR) M / F in South Limburg

A child has the right to contact both parents. As a volunteer at the Humanitas BOR (= Guided Access Scheme for divorced children) you support divorced parents with children aged 0 to 12 in the implementation of the access scheme. As a volunteer you offer practical help in fulfilling the agreements on the visitation arrangements. The interests of the child are paramount at BOR . For example, you discuss with parents that they cannot argue in front of their child and that they should not talk negatively about the other parent. The sooner a properly functioning visitation arrangement is established, the sooner children can find their new place with their divorced parents. At the Humanitas BOR in South Limburg , there is currently room for expansion and that is why we are looking for you to join our team as:

The function

As a volunteer ...

· Support your divorced parents in the implementation of the access arrangements

· Put the interests of the child first

· Ensure a positive and relaxed atmosphere in which the child and parents feel free together

If you wish, offer parenting tips.

What do we ask

As a volunteer ...

You have experience working with children;

Are you stress resistant;

You can adopt a neutral attitude between parents;

You can listen well without imposing your own crowds;

You are available one day part per week / 14 days (after school hours and / or on weekends)

You are willing to participate in periodic training

· You put the Humanitas values into practice

A car is easy, but not necessary
