Are you social, do you enjoy giving seniors a nice day and do you like to contribute to a healthy and active lifestyle? Then we are looking for you
What are you going to do?
For our new activity Move & Meet we are looking for a volunteer who wants to help with:
- Reception of participants (cup of coffee, nice chat)
- Preparing lunch and cleaning up afterwards
- Supporting the exercise activity (think of preparing materials, guiding, motivating or encouraging participants)
- Thinking along and creating a pleasant atmosphere
You will work together with a volunteer from Accres who will supervise the activity. So you don't need to have any sports experience yourself - enthusiasm and friendliness are the most important!
Who are we looking for?
- You are social and involved
- You have an affinity with the elderly
- You are available 1 to 2 times a month on a weekday morning
- You like to get things done and enjoy socializing
