De Kap is looking for a voluntary Transport and Guidance coordinator

40 volunteers are active as drivers in the Transport and Guidance department of the De Kap foundation. They drive residents of Apeldoorn who cannot use public transport or the Regiotaxi to, for example, the hospital or the doctor.

The drivers are directed and supervised by voluntary coordinators. The coordinator is the linchpin that brings together those seeking help and volunteers.

De Kap is looking for a new coordinator for the Transport and Guidance department. An organizational talent with empathy and a warm heart for people, good social skills, some digital knowledge and affinity with administrative work.

As a voluntary coordinator, you arrange requests for (medical) transport and guidance together with the two other voluntary coordinators and you link a driver to the person requesting assistance.

You rotate with your colleagues. That means you are on duty every three weeks. The work takes approximately 4 to 5 hours, spread over the week during office hours. You work from home.
