Do you keep our financial records reliably and accurately? 2 x per month, approx. 2-4 hours
Architectuurcentrum Rondeel is een kleine maar gedreven vrijwilligersorganisatie, die diverse evenementen rondom thema's architectuur, stedenbouw en landschap organiseert.
We zoeken een vrijwillige medewerker die ca. 2x per maand onze financiële administratie verzorgt.
- Je werkt secuur en betrouwbaar
- Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudsoftware of bent bereid dit te leren
- je bent 2x per maand een dagdeel beschikbaar
Wat ga je doen?
- Verwerken van mutaties (kas, bank, inkoop, verkoop, memoriaal) in het boekhoudprogramma SnelStart
- Assistentie bij het opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages
- opstellen van facturen
- beheren van de kas
Wat wij bieden:

- een gezellig klein team met ca. 30 vrijwilligers
