Als coördinator organiseer je de collecteweek in Deventer. Met de opbrengst komen we wereldwijd in actie voor slachtoffers van onderdrukking
Als coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de collecte in Deventer. Je krijgt hiervoor hulp van oudgedienden en toegang tot de online collecte-community van Amnesty International. Enige handigheid met computers is hiervoor wel wenselijk.
Jouw taken zijn:
- Het bestellen van de benodigde materialen.
- Werkverdeling van wijkhoofden. Een wijkhoofd is verantwoordelijk voor de collecte in een deel van de stad.
- Verdelen van collectebussen en andere benodigdheden onder de wijkhoofden en en later weer innemen.
- Het tellen van de totale opbrengst.
- Het storten van de totale opbrengst bij een bank.
- Het verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratie.
