Administrative support for migrant elderly

The older migrants help with their administration by reading their letters together, organizing them and, if necessary, calling authorities together. The elder is always involved and the volunteer explains in his / her own language what he / she does for the elderly migrant. The volunteer keeps track of his / her activities by filling in the Customer Registration form. The volunteer can choose whether he / she wants to visit the elderly at home or hold consultation hours on a fixed part of the day in the neighborhood. The professional assesses in advance whether the client can be accompanied by a volunteer or whether it is more sensible to use a professional, depending on the situation of the client.
