With our project Gouwe Ouwe we make a musical time trip to the Sixties in various residential care centers. Are you coming with us?
With our Gouwe Ouwe tour we bring elderly people back to their 60s this year. This year we are once again playing the stars of heaven and transforming residential care centers into an old-fashioned sixties bar. Close your eyes and you will soon end up in the sixties. Your dance partner remembers his first love to the sounds of Elvis. The woman in the wheelchair wipes a tear away from the memory of then. The gentleman who normally does not move quickly suddenly gets up when Cliff Richard is deployed. Live music, retro snacks, the twist: the sixties are revived! Just like the memories of the residents. There is dancing, singing, and dancing. Are you in?
Do you dare to take a dance or are you an expert in spoiling our guests with a snack and a drink? And would you like to transform various residential care centers with us into an old-fashioned pub from the 60s for an afternoon or evening? Sign up now as a volunteer with our super fun team! 14 February 2020 - 2.30 pm to 4 pm - Schoterhof in Haarlem
15 April 2020 - 19.00-20.30 - 't Rekerheem in Alkmaar
3 June 2020 - 2.30 pm to 4 pm - De Loohof in Apeldoorn
11 June 2020 - 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm - De Hooge Tuinen in Naaldwijk
July 14, 2020 - 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm - Berkenhove in Apeldoorn
24 September 2020 - 2.30 pm to 4 pm - The Harrier in Almere
October 15, 2020 - 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm - Hoge Weide in Lochem
We ask volunteers to be present an hour in advance for the decoration of the room and the preparation of snacks and drinks. After the performance we clean up together and end with a drink.
