The Star Foundation has been helping children and young people to develop and strengthen more than 10 years. a positive self-image. We give children and young people (8 to 16 years) who want to learn to deal better with uncertainty, bullying, friendship and standing up for yourself, during various holiday camps, more self-confidence.

On camp psychologists, pedagogues, actors, exercise experts and general counselors put together an unforgettable week where fun is central! Children and young people learn from and with each other in a safe, safe environment. Research by the University of Amsterdam (UvA) shows that the programs of the Star Foundation have a positive effect on insecure children and young people in both the short and long term. & Nbsp;

As volunteers, you set yourself up as a companion at camp. Depending on your background and experience you can act as coach, actor, exercise expert or general supervisor. Together with a close team of other enthusiasts, you bring our theories of the STRONG formula to the children / youngsters, under an umbrella of fun, dress up moments, games, songs, pillow battles and other silliness. & Nbsp;
