Employee Financial Administration

Filmhuis Bussum is a film theater with two cinemas and a beautiful café. With the help of approximately 150 volunteers, Filmhuis Bussum is an important cultural meeting place of and for film lovers in the region. In recent years, the Filmhuis has grown enormously, both in numbers of visitors and in the amount of film screenings and activities. Recently, the bookkeeping was partly automated and placed with an administration office. We are looking for a financial administration employee for a number of different activities. About 4 hours a week.

This is what you are going to do:

Checking, processing and making purchase invoices and declarations payable

Taking care of and booking sales invoices (room rental, school performances, sponsorship, etc.)

Checking and processing the bank transactions and the cash

Carrying out income settlements

Sending of collected film vouchers

• Preparatory work for the monthly reports

This is what we ask of you:

You have experience with processing financial administrations (we work with the accounting program Snelstart)

You are accurate and careful

You are both a team player and independent

You have solid experience with Excel and Word

You have good communication skills
