About St Matthew's Church Oxford
We are a Church of England, offering weekly Christian worship services, but also have a range of groups, activities and events serving our local community. These include regular groups for children and families, young people and the elderly. We are part of a group of churches supporting CAP (Christians Against Poverty) which, among other things, runs a debt centre in Oxford. We also run a weekly drop-in lunch on Thursdays, 12.00 noon - 1.30pm, which is free and open to anyone in need of a meal and / or company.
Volunteer Duties include sidesperson, refreshments, welcoming, collection counting.
