Who are we?
Betsy is a 71 year old woman. She has a severe intellectual disability. She needs complete help. She uses a wheelchair when she is outside. Inside she can walk with a walker. The communication is non-verbal and with gestures. Betsy really enjoys the little things. She likes to laugh and joke. She likes to participate in various activities that are offered. This includes walking, activities organized by Groot-Schuylenburg such as church services, evenings, Christmas play or Christmas market, carnival, etc. The activities mainly take place on Wednesday afternoons or at the weekend. Preference is given to a woman.

Thanks to the many volunteers of 's Heeren Loo, we can organize extra activities and fulfill personal attention and wishes for clients. Think of taking a walk, playing a game or just having a good conversation while enjoying a cup of coffee.
