Who is Arend Jan?

Arend Jan is a 54-year-old man with a mild intellectual disability. He can communicate verbally and has a nice dry humor. Arend Jan is a friendly, quiet man who is often on his own. He has always lived with his mother until a year ago. Now he lives in a residential group for people with intellectual disabilities. He is mobile and cycles daily from Apeldoorn to Twello, where he works at the Herb Garden. He loves tractors and farm equipment.

What does Arend Jan ask?

Arend Jan is looking for a volunteer who wants to take him on a long bike ride with him once in a while during the weekend. He owns an E-bike. Afterwards, he also likes to sit together on a terrace to relax. The volunteer must therefore also like cycling and a sense of humor is desirable!
