Within 's Heeren Loo, the efforts of volunteers are valuable. They contribute to a meaningful life for people with intellectual disabilities. Thanks to the many volunteers of 's Heeren Loo, we can organize extra activities and fulfill personal attention and wishes for clients. Think of taking a walk, playing a game or just having a good conversation while enjoying a cup of coffee.
What kind of daytime activities is Service and Maintenance?
Service and Maintenance is a day care group of 's Heeren Loo. Various participants in the age of 25 to 61 years old come here to enjoy their daytime activities. These men and women all have a disability, but they are all different from each other. (e.g. Non-Congenital Brain Injury (NAH), Mildly Retarded (LVB), Mid-Level)
This daytime activity is innovative, fun and challenging to be part of. There is room to learn and explore. And the gratitude of the participants is great!
What does this daytime activity require?
We are preferably looking for a woman in the age of 15-85, who likes to undertake creative activities together with the guidance and the participants, such as; stringing beads, drawing, taking care of plants, washing dishes, sweeping, shopping, playing nice music, drinking coffee/tea, talking and singing.
Do you have a calm character and are you open minded, creative, social and interested, then the participants and supervisors of Service and Maintenance would like to get to know you!

Time use
We are especially looking for someone for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Day/time is in consultation.
