Who are we?
Schildersgroep Molenmakershoek is a pleasant workplace for people with an intellectual disability. The target group consists of people with a wlz indication, wmo indication and students from practical education. An experienced supervisor is present every day. The clients come to the painters group to restore old furniture for sale in the thrift store that is located in the same building. Sanding and painting is done. Together with the clients, we look at what he/she likes to do.
What are we asking?
One or more volunteers are very welcome! This way, a little more personal attention can be given to all clients. As a volunteer, you do not need to have technical experience, but experience with the target group or carpentry/painting experience is very nice. Your presence on the group is already very nice and you support the work together with the clients. In consultation, everything is possible in terms of days. From 9:00-12:00 and/or from 13:00-15:30.
