Function information
Guus is a friendly and polite man of 61 years old with an intellectual disability. He can express himself well verbally and performs adapted work during the day.
Guus has epilepsy and suffers from a spastic paralysis, which means that he cannot walk far, for longer distances he is dependent on a wheelchair.
In addition to his aforementioned work, Guus also has free time. He is therefore looking for a volunteer to do fun things together. Guus really enjoys it when you take him on a bike ride, a car ride or a walk in the wheelchair. Maybe you or Guus also have ideas, we would love to hear from you.
If you would like to go out with Guus, you can certainly let us know. We hope to get to know you soon!

Within 's Heeren Loo, the efforts of volunteers are valuable. They contribute to a meaningful life for people with intellectual disabilities. Thanks to the many volunteers of 's Heeren Loo, we can organize extra activities and fulfill personal attention and wishes for clients. Think of taking a walk, playing a game or just having a good conversation while enjoying a cup of coffee.
A VOG is required from you to work with our clients. This is requested through 's Heeren Loo, you can declare the costs for this.
