Who is Annie?
Annie is a sweet and very pleasant woman with a serious intellectual disability. She enjoys personal and loving attention. She likes to joke and is smiley. Annie's dearest buddy and faithful companion is her red cat (on batteries). Annie loves puzzles, tinkering, helping with the cooking, being read to but above all singing.
For Annie, a ride in the car is a wonderful experience. How she would like to do that more often. To the city together. Or drinking a cup of coffee somewhere (especially with something tasty on the side) makes her so happy. Annie is beaming with joy when she knows you are coming and is looking forward to ten. If Annie knows you, you will be greeted with a smile from ear to ear and most likely with a very big hug.
Annie likes to smoke a cigarette. Annie walks with difficulty because of pain in her knee (osteoarthritis). She can walk a short distance with the walker, and also has a wheelchair.
Would you like to get to know her? Then come by for a cup of coffee and hopefully you will go out with her!
What is Annie asking?
Annie would like to take a car ride together (it is also possible to use a taxi van for this). Have a cup of coffee together somewhere. Buy a notebook together. But Annie mainly wants to be with someone. The individual attention is very special to her.
It is always possible to make an appointment with Annie. Annie is happy to take a free morning or afternoon for you. It would be nice if you could be there especially for Annie on a regular basis (think of 1 x a month, more often too).
Annie is looking for someone who says what he or she does and does what he or she says. A patient and friendly person who is firm and clear.
