Volunteers are of great importance to 's Heeren Loo. The extra attention you can give to our clients is a valuable addition to the care we offer. We therefore experience the commitment of volunteers as indispensable. By working as a volunteer you get the chance to mean something to someone. This is a valuable use of your time. Because of your support, our employees can fully focus on the care and guidance of the clients. It is clear that this produces happy faces among our clients. In fact, we can say that the efforts of volunteers improve care.
Do you think that together with our employees you can contribute to the happiness of our clients or do you need more information, then you can contact our volunteer coordinator.
What do we ask?
A volunteer who wants to undertake activities with clients with intellectual disabilities in the age of 5 to 40 years old. The clients still live at home and come to 's Heeren Loo to relieve the parents. Do you want to give these children a nice afternoon / weekend / holiday? Then contact us! We can agree on which day you are available in consultation.
