Function information

Hans is a 72-year-old man with an intellectual disability. He can clearly indicate what he likes or doesn't want. Clarity and structure are important to him and sometimes he needs to be reminded of the agreements that have been made with him, which benefits him.

He has been retired since last year and no longer follows daytime activities. That is why he is looking for a volunteer who wants to do something fun with him once a month.

Hans likes to travel by train, watch hot air balloons, listen to the radio, take a trip together and then have something to eat and drink and do odd jobs and crafts.

Would you like to do one or more of the above activities with Hans, are you older than 25 and available once a month? Then we would love to hear from you! We are sure that Hans will be very grateful for the attention he gets from you.

Thanks to the many volunteers of 's Heeren Loo, we can organize extra activities and fulfill personal attention and wishes for clients. Think of taking a walk, playing a game or just having a good conversation while enjoying a cup of coffee.

A VOG is required from you to work with our clients. This is requested through 's Heeren Loo, you can declare the costs for this.
