Detailed description
Who is Devin?
Devin is a 29-year-old man with a moderate intellectual disability, who functions at the level of a 7-year-old. He lives in a residential group just outside the grounds of 's Heeren Loo. Here he receives 24-hour care. He can communicate well. He is a man who can watch the cat from the tree, but when he is at ease, he jokes a lot. He has tics that you don't have to deal with as a volunteer and sometimes he stutters. If you give him time, he'll do just fine. He can walk and cycle independently. He likes to play the violin, enjoys driving around in the car, a day trip to Ede and to church. He is on religious music. He shows that he's glad you're here.
What is Devin asking?
We are looking for a cheerful buddy who likes music just like him and may also play an instrument.
A man or woman who may also be religious. But that's not a must. He would like to go to a music fair, a concert, music shops, or make music together. This would make Devin very happy.
The days, times and frequency can be discussed, during the week please in the evening.
