Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed treasurer who wants to work for the NVA in the Gelderland region.
Detailed description
As treasurer you are part of the regional board and work closely with the secretary and chairman. Together you are responsible for realizing the mission of the NVA: giving a voice to people with autism and their loved ones, and building an autism-friendly society.
What are you going to do?
As treasurer you are responsible for managing regional finances. This includes paying bills on time, ensuring an orderly treasury, and preparing and monitoring the budget (together with the regional chairman). You also actively participate in board meetings and national consultations, where you represent the interests of the NVA.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with knowledge and commitment to the vision and mission of the NVA. Experience with autism, for example from your own experience or a family situation, is a valuable addition. Financial knowledge and experience with administrative tasks are required for this position. As treasurer you are willing to become a member of the NVA, if you are not already one. It is also important that you live in the region and that availability in terms of hours can be discussed.
