Detailed description
Amsterdam Fringe Festival is an annual festival of 11 days in September where theatre, dance, and music performances of young talent is shown to the public at 30 unexpected locations in Amsterdam like escape rooms, canal boats, furniture stores, etc.
Role: customer loyalty manager/ marketing manager to create a plan for a customer loyalty programme (Vrienden programma).
Activities:
Designing a customer loyalty programme so visitors come for more performances, invite friends and stay connected during the year
Experience with customer loyalty and customer journeys is an advantage!
