G-Football senior team supervisors
For next season, Loenermark is looking for enthusiastic people who want to guide the g-football senior team during matches.
Loenermark is a football club that attaches great importance to respect, atmosphere, values and standards, sportsmanship and involvement. We want to radiate this throughout the association.
These aspects receive continuous attention, just like interacting with each other, playing football together and enjoying it all.
G-Football players have been part of the football family for years. At more and more associations it is the most normal thing in the world to have players with a physical and/or mental disability
be a full member. For G-Football the following applies: “Normal what can be done normally, special where necessary”. The G-Football players are treated just like everyone else at Loenermark. Athletes with disabilities do not require a special, but an adapted approach.
On average, the G-team plays 1 match per month. The team consists of enthusiastic players who enjoy playing football, each with his/her own qualities. The matches will be played on Saturday morning against opponents from the region.
The most important task is to ensure that matters are arranged such as: transport, clothing and that players are informed. And coaching players during the matches.
What do we expect from you? Affinity with the target group, clear communication and that you can offer structure and safety. However, enthusiasm is the most important for this position
driving force. Much more important than football knowledge. You are not thrown in at the deep end, the g-football committee is there to provide the necessary support.
