Become a Secretarial Supporter (volunteer)

As secretarial supporter you fall under the secretary of the district of North and East Gelderland. A thorough preparation of a meeting and good reports ensure that work can be done effectively and efficiently. Your contribution to the Red Cross is important because clear decisions ensure good management of volunteers and this ultimately increases the quality of the assistance.

What are you going to do?

• Preparing documents for meetings of the district administration.
• Making a report on the main lines of the board meetings.
• Establishing, monitoring and executing the action lists.
• Conducting correspondence in consultation with the secretary.
• In case of absence of Secretary: mail handling (physical and e-mail), distribution and registration of incoming documents.

Who are you?

• You have at least MBO thinking / working level.
• You have analytical insight and can distil and process main lines and decisions in a report.
• You have experience working with MS Word & Excel and internet access.
• You are at least 2 hours per week (flexible to share) time for the Red Cross.
• Affinity is the basic principles of the Red Cross and carries it out .
