The Red Cross needs your help! Without volunteers, the Red Cross would be nowhere. They are there as soon as necessary, because in times of need nobody is alone. The Red Cross is here to help. Do you also help?
What are you going to do?
We are looking for a volunteer who has a lot of passion for organizing. He / she does not think in terms of setbacks but in terms of challenges. You are enthusiastic and flexible. You organize activities with ease, tailored to the wishes, possibilities and needs of a project. You are responsible for the proper execution, development and supervision of the project members. You can stimulate people and you are well able to create an energetic atmosphere in which all project employees feel seen, heard and appreciated. You are motivated to achieve a good result.
What do we ask?
- Is helpful and has good communication and social skills;
- Feeling with ICT and communication tools;
- Can work systematically;
- Can control and be a team player;
- You are able to motivate and stimulate;
- You are communicative, both orally and in writing;
- You are an organization talent, energetic and creative;
- You can work independently and in a team;
- You are in possession of a valid driving license. You endorse and dedicate the basic principles of the Red Cross;
- You have affinity with volunteers;
- You are a connector of people and departments;
- Je knows how to inspire others and you exude enthusiasm;
- You know how to use Social Media.
