Collector Coordinator

What are you going to do

• You are the spider in the web for the collection for the Red Cross in Brunssum;
• You take care of the logistical process around collection materials, such as handing out and collecting the collection boxes and preparing and issuing proof of identity; li>
• You maintain contact with existing collectors and expand the local collection organization by recruiting new collectors.
• You manage all administrative data concerning the collection;
• You make walking routes and connect collectors to these walking routes;
• You learn how to work with Collecteweb, the online collection administration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good social and communication skills;
• A team player who can direct and guide a group of volunteers;
• Can organize and plan well
• Accuraa t and is reliable;
• Preferably has knowledge of the various neighborhoods / street layout in Brunssum;
• Good work with Microsoft Office;
• Available around the Red Cross Week in June. & Nbsp;

Time investment

From January about 5 hours per month increasing to about 8 hours a week shortly before , during and immediately after the collection week.
