What are you going to do?

You provide information and directly inform people or initiate an exploratory interview with the aim of nominating the candidate for a suitable position. It is selected on defined job profiles but also from the wishes of the candidate, thought about a possible function within the organization. In addition, you provide information about volunteering at our organization, register all contacts you have with candidates and ensure a warm recommendation to the coordinators. You are part of a small, nice team of volunteers with support from the board member volunteers management & training and guidance from the volunteer manager.

What do we ask?

• Good communication skills;
• Good knowledge of people, patience and a dose of healthy curiosity;
• Experience with job placement or counseling is an advantage;
• Someone who is able to keep an eye on both the interests of the organization and that of the candidate and who is not afraid to act on them if they do not match;
• Willingness to stay with you for a long time connect with our organization;
• Flexible use for at least 4 hours per week.
