Learn all about the possibilities of using crowdfunding and raising funds for your organization in one evening.
Are you curious about how to get people excited about contributing to your (neighborhood) initiative? Do you want to collect money and/or materials and at the same time involve more people in your project? And do you want to know which funds you can approach for your project? Then take part in this inspiration session.
This special consists of two themes. First, Megan and Ole (Voor Apeldoorn) will introduce you to campaigning to raise money and/or recruit volunteers for your initiative. For this, it is not necessary to have a specific initiative or Crowdfunding goal. During the inspiration session, they will give many tips and examples of successful campaigns from initiatives throughout the Netherlands. We will discuss how you can use Crowdfunding for your initiative and how you can raise money.
The second hour, Jan van der Werff (SESAM Academy) will show what is important when raising funds. What types of funds are there? Which funds can you approach for what? What is involved in submitting an application? These questions and more will be answered with the necessary do's and don'ts.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the evening.
About the experts
This special is given by Megan, Ole and Jan. Megan and Ole support national initiatives to mobilize money and help via Crowdfunding. In Apeldoorn via the platform Voor Apeldoorn . Jan is one of the 12 advisors of the SESAM academy who work in the region East Netherlands. They offer volunteer organizations advice and support on issues such as strategy, social security and fundraising.
Location
The special will take place at the Stimenz head office: Prins Willem-Alexanderlaan 1419 in Apeldoorn (left of Dijkgraaf). Stimenz is located on the first floor. In the evenings, the entrance at the back is open. There are also sufficient parking spaces here and there is a bicycle shed.
