We have a tree nursery & plant center in Apeldoorn. The care nursery is part of this. Our auxiliary growers participate in the company in their own way. I regularly meet with every grower to see if there are any wishes or needs or learning goals. These can be very diverse, but I always try to see how I can support me here.

For one of the learning goals that one of our help growers has, I am writing this volunteer vacancy.

The assistant grower has a mental disability but would really like to make steps and become more independent in math. Just for his self-confidence and to be able to pay for his groceries himself.

Since I find it difficult to determine how the structure should be for a starting math lesson and I simply get confused with time, I would really like to get help with this.

The person in question cannot read either, but already recognizes a lot. If steps can also be taken in this area, this would be super nice, but his preference now first goes out to calculating / counting.
