Researcher social impact festival

The Work Heart Make Art Foundation (WHMA) believes that all young people should be given the opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge and experience in the art and culture sector. We do this on the basis of innovative, creative projects in which young people are inspired and stimulated to use their talents and qualities. Jungle in the Sky (JITS) is a corona-proof festival in Hoorn that will be organized from WHMA in the summer of 2021.

With JITS we want to organize a festival with which we give something back to the people of Hoorn. More positivity, social connection and diversity, through music, art and theater. We want to make an impact, but how do we measure that? We need you for that. We are looking for someone who has an idea of how we can measure / research the effect and impact of the festival in the municipality of Hoorn. Perhaps by means of a survey or another good idea from you! This is a great opportunity to gain experience in conducting research, while at the same time developing yourself and making new contacts.

We have a preference for someone between 14-27 years old, and you can (if you want) be linked to a development process (MDT). This will give you an official certificate for participation. The MDT trajectory is special, because it is especially for young people and you are helped to discover your talent and strength. You learn and you gain experience for your CV. It helps if you can work independently and take initiative easily. We are driven to organize something cool, with which we can give something back to society.
