Hou je van muziek en wil je samen met ouderen met dementie een fijne tijd beleven? We zoeken iemand die ‘s middags of ‘s avonds muziek wil maken, samen met onze bewoners. Zing of speel een instrument en breng warmte en herinneringen tot leven.
