Social media volunteer (student / volunteer)

We are World Shop Wageningen “De Uitbuyt”. We sell gifts from all kinds of cultures and fair food.

Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who can post regularly (at least once a week) on Facebook and Instagram.

• You occasionally come to the store to take pictures and get inspired by chatting with a pleasant colleague.
• You have the freedom to decide for yourself when you come to the store, how much time you put in, and when you post something.
• You have the freedom to think of what you want to photograph and write. It is of course important that it gives a good picture of our store and our range.

Job requirements:

• You work independently and we can count on you to keep up with it.
• You have experience with social media and you use techniques, such as the use of hashtags, to reach more people.

What do we have to offer the volunteer?:

We are a small, friendly team. We all determine how we run the store, so you also have a say. If you like it, you can also help with other activities and projects.

What makes the work worthwhile?:

Through your posts on social media, you inspire people to come to our store and buy fair trade and sustainable products. So you help improve the

living conditions and the independence of producers in developing countries.

Working time:

To be determined by yourself. Please post at least once a week.
