Secretary of the World Shop Bussum
The secretary is one of the administrative pillars of our organization. Do you enjoy working with a pleasant group of colleagues and doing the (limited) administration of the board? It is of course important that you feel a connection with the values of our organization; Fair trade, sustainable entrepreneurship and local solidarity.
The general duties of the secretary.
- Making the agenda and minutes and actively participating in the board meeting (6 times a year)
- Taking care of the correspondence of the board and the store
- Keeping the archive
- Arranging the cash flow in collaboration with the treasurer and accountant
- Spin in the web, the link between the board and the store
Of course you will get a generous training period. Experience is not required, but it will come in handy.
