As the head of bar management, you ensure that bar staff are scheduled to provide guests with their drinks.
As head of bar management you know better than anyone how everything works behind the bar. If people indicate that they would like more responsibility behind the bar (management), you make an estimate whether you would find this person suitable for this. If this is the case, make sure you or another administrator onboard these volunteers.
You organize bar training twice a year together with the volunteer coordinators. Here you give the latest updates, refresh everyone's memory and run through scenarios.
Since Walhalla is a youth foundation, we are looking for people between 20 and 28 years old. If you want to hold a position at Walhalla, we assume that in addition to that position, you will also spend an evening behind the bar and be involved in what we do.
