Do you have knowledge of people and do you find it a challenge to support people with WWB benefits for a maximum of 6 months in their voluntary work? Then the vacancy “volunteer work coach” is really something for you! You are their first point of contact and together with them you ensure that they can achieve their set learning goals. You are someone with insight into people, but not a counselor. You are able to respectfully motivate people to take steps themselves and to take responsibility. You can also listen carefully, set boundaries, you are patient and you can deal with both the volunteer and the volunteer organization.
