Grocery Courier Coordinator

De KruidenierKoerier is a voluntary shopping service of the Volunteers Centrale Deventer for people who are (temporarily) unable to do so. We are looking for a coordinator for this service. As a coordinator you mediate between customers and volunteers. You conduct intake interviews with the volunteers and you go on a home visit to the client. Then you make a good match between client and volunteer. You are also the point of contact for the volunteers and the customer. The Grocery Courier is a new service and is still under development. The coordinator has an independent position within the service. Your tasks also include ideas about how to keep the volunteers enthusiastic and involved, for example by organizing an annual drink. You will of course be facilitated and guided by the Volunteer Central. In principle you can do your work from home, but also at the office of the VCD in consultation. We are looking for 1 or more coordinators. Depending on whether you perform the work alone or together, the deployment is between approximately 3 and 5 hours per week.
