A surprising evening about loneliness, connection and joy of life for volunteers, informal caregivers, professionals and people who experience loneliness.
Loneliness is still a taboo topic. Many people find it difficult to talk about feelings of loss or isolation—and yet, therein lies the key to change. In this workshop, you'll discover how to open the conversation about loneliness in a respectful, human-centered way and how to contribute to increasing your quality of life.
For volunteers, caregivers, and professionals, it's often a challenge to discuss loneliness. Shame, fear of stigma, or the idea of being responsible for the solution can get in the way. That's why we start with you: what thoughts or feelings are blocking contact? By recognizing and transforming these, space is created for genuine connection – from person to person.
From this open perspective, we explore together what someone truly needs to feel connected again. This often leads to rediscovering talents, passions, and taking new steps toward meaningful activities.
We're shifting the perspective from combating loneliness to connection and understanding . And we're making living well—the core of quality of life—something you can consciously support. This practical workshop offers insights, tools, and inspiration to get started on this yourself. There are also two wonderful surprises on the program.
