Everyone has qualities and less pleasant sides. In many cases, we like to keep those less pleasant aspects a secret. But during this workshop they are central! We put our bad qualities in the spotlight, with a good dose of humor and a dash of love. So that the qualities behind the pitfalls come back into the picture.
We use the theory of the core quadrant of Ofman. Because it provides very concrete tools to look at your own and other people's idiosyncrasies with a milder view. And to discover how it is easier to stay away from your pitfalls.
A lively, interactive workshop. Interesting if you are curious to look at your own pitfalls differently or if you want to support others in doing so. But also if you want to have more fun working with 'difficult types'.
