Are you a volunteer, and would you like to better support the resident you help? Would you like to understand that person better? Join the workout.
This training will be about how you can support the other in their learning process. Coaching support is about providing the other person with insights through targeted questions with the aim of getting that person to take action themselves.
Trainer Gaby Jansen from Port2Potential will practice with you how you learn to question what the other person really wants to achieve and where exactly the bottleneck is, using a simple methodology and fun working methods. Gaby offers you handy tools. You can introduce your issue in the training!
