How do you provide a cozy and safe place where volunteers can relax? How can connecting communication make the difference here?
The actors of Theater aan de Lijn act out real-life situations interactively with the audience and, where possible, with humor. The situation is replayed based on reactions from the audience so that visitors can learn and see how a (potential) conflict can be resolved or prevented.
