Detailed description

Jenny's lecture is based, among other things, on insights from neuropsychology. Erik Scherder is a well-known neuropsychologist. He does a lot of research into the brain and movement. You can see movement literally and figuratively.


What keeps you vital and healthy? How can you contribute to staying vital and healthy?


A senior also tells from his own experience what he does to stay healthy and vital.
