Food bank Neder-Veluwe is looking for a board member/secretary

The board of Food Bank Neder-Veluwe is looking for a secretary. This is an exciting and versatile position.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least HBO/WO working and thinking level
• You have analytical insight and can oversee complex situations, but you can also act practically
• You are a good listener
• You are accurate
• You are available (on average) 2 days a week (14 hours)
• You have good communication skills
• You are a team player and can easily collaborate with different groups (employees, management) and delegate
• You have organizational skills, perseverance, patience and respect
• You can use Word and Excel and have an affinity with social media

What are you going to do?

• Preparation of, participation in and reporting on board meetings (approx. 8 times per year)
• Organization of annual work discussions with all levels of volunteers (approx. 12)
• Preparing the annual report and distributing it (relations and donors)
• Correspondence
• Internal communications
• Management of the website and social media
• Manage Google Drive (digital archive)
• Organization and editing of the (internal) Newsletter (4 - 6 x per year)
